How to Fill AIOU Degree Challan Form Online

If you are not sure how to download the AIOU Challan Form, follow this step-by-step guide to make sure that you complete the process without any errors:

Go to the online challan form: Go to the Official AIOU Challan Form Page.
Select your category: Select the right category from the drop-down menu and click the “Next” button. On the next page, you will see the following image:

Enter your details: On the next page, you will see the AIOU Challan Form 2024. Fill in all the required information, including your name, roll number, and program.
Select the desired category: From the Category drop-down, select “Degree/Certificate Fee.”
Select your program: Select the specific program you are applying for.
Download the form: Click on the “Download” button to generate your Challan Form.
Verify your details: Carefully review all the information on your fee challan form to ensure accuracy.
Save the form: After verifying your details, click the download icon in the top right corner to save the form to your device. Your form will be saved in the Downloads folder.
Print to pay the fee: Now, you can easily print the form to pay at the bank.

Important note

Be aware of the amount section on the form, as different degrees have different fees for urgent or general applications. We will discuss the fee structure in detail in the next section.

How to Fill Out Manually Degree Form

Filling out the degree form is straightforward, but paying attention to detail is important. Here are some key points to keep in mind while completing your degree form:

Select Urgent or Normal Processing: Check the box for “Urgent” or “Normal” in the top left corner.
Fill in Re-appear Details: Write down any re-appear subjects and the corresponding full fee in the designated blanks.
Provide Subject Information: Include details about your passed subjects, including their code numbers, the total number of subjects, and the semester in which each subject was completed.
Attachments Requirements: The required attachments vary by program or level, so carefully review the list for your degree. Attach only notarized (attested) documents as specified.
Include the Paid Challan: Attach the original copy of your paid challan. Be sure to keep a record of the challan by photocopying it or taking a picture with your phone.
Attestation of Documents: All attached documents must be attested with the name of the attesting authority.
Additional Requirements for B.COM and BBA Students: If you are a B.COM or BBA student, include your internship certificates.

Example: For B.A or B.Ed degree, you should attach your Matriculation, F.A, and B.A credentials. Additionally, don’t forget to include your original degrees from previous classes.

Urgent/Normal Degree Delivery Days:

There are two types of delivery. First Urgent Degree Delivery Second Normal Degree Delivery. In normal fee-degree delivery, the university is not responsible for delivering it to you as soon as possible. When we ask about the time for the normal fee, it informs us that the degree for the normal fee will be delivered in one year. But I don’t know how long it normally takes because I haven’t met any students who have had this experience. If you are one of them, please let us know in the comments.

The second is to deliver the degree urgently. The degree is prepared in two weeks and sent to the address you provide after you pay the urgent fee. With an urgent fee, receiving your degree usually takes a few months. TCS delivers your degree to your doorstep.

I recommend that you make an urgent payment for delivery as soon as possible because it takes fewer months.
